What is the Lifetime Fitness April Challenge?

For the last 4 years Lifetime Fitness provides an extra fitness challenge to new and existing clients. For 30 days we work with you so you will feel and look fantastic as spring and summer approach, guaranteed. Most of the challenge will take place at our Guelph private pesonal training studio.

The April challenge is designed to help you reach your highest fitness level. During the month of April there will be more activities and support to help you stay on track.

Each week there are numerous Boot Camps and Circuits available, allowing you to be at the gym participating in group-based activities up to 5 times a week.

This years April Challenge was another terrific success.

What is included with the Extreme April Challenge?

Training with Ben

  1. Initial privately held weigh-in and measurements
  2. Weekly Boot camps- Level 1 and Advanced
  3. Extreme calorie- burn, cardio circuit classes
  4. Outside Walking/Running Clinic with instructor
  5. Personal Training
  6. Open gym on Sundays- supervised by a trainer
  7. Weekly diet and exercise check- in with a trainer
  8. Final weigh-in and measurements

Depending on personal schedule we plan on seeing you 3-5 a week in April
