Trudy's Story

After losing an intial 20 lbs with Lifetime Fitness a few years back I was ready to go to the next level and take on the 14 Day Challenge.

My success was more than I could have hoped for, how I lost 11 pounds so fast was incredible!

I did it, I worked hard and there was no cheating I wanted this and I won!

Thanks Lifetime Fitness truly - this Challenge exceeded my expectations!
