14 Day Fall Challenge

14 day Challenge: NEW YEAR NEW YOU!

Just 14 days to a healthy new you for 2011

Date: October 15-28th

Goal: To lose 5-12lbs in 14 days

Schedule: Meeting/Class times will be arranged after sign up

Involved:

  • 4 boot camps
  • 3 indoor group extreme cardio sessions
  • 3 outdoor group cardio sessions
  • One on one personal training
  • 2 Group discussion sessions
  • Initial and final weight check
  • Personal questionnaire
  • Individual goal setting and food plan

We have limited space for these exciting 2 weeks. We expect all clients participating to make this a priority. Clients will be expected to meet with Lifetime Fitness up to six days a week. If you cannot commit please do not take this challenge.

Join our 14 Day Challenge and we’ll prove that in just two weeks you can lose 10-12 pounds, and inches off your hips, waist, chest and arms.

Cost is $120 (personal training not included)
