Each member of the Lifetime Fitness team cares about your long term health and wellness. Our accredited personal trainers are here to listen to your individual objectives, evaluate your fitness and nutrition, and develop a unique fitness and diet program tailored to your needs.

What to expect
During your hour-long private sessions, each exercise and its importance to your progress will be explained to you, so you leave each session with an understanding of the larger picture of your fitness program. Additionally, your personal trainer will monitor your diet and nutrition to ensure you’re on track and eating well. Your progress will also be tracked regularly so you can see your results and stay motivated!
Dedicated one-on-one attention from a professional personal trainer in a private environment is the ultimate way to set goals, stay focused and get the results you deserve!

Randy graduated from Fanshawe College's Fitness and Health Promotion program in 1999 and is a Certified Fitness Consultant and Personal Trainer Specialist, and is trained in First Aid and CPR. Randy worked as a personal trainer in Guelph-area fitness clubs for three years before starting Lifetime Fitness in 2004. Since that time, Randy has trained hundreds of clients,some of whom are featured on our Before and After pages, and who have also provided testimonials to the effectiveness of the Lifetime Fitness program. Randy believes that life-long fitness is best accomplished through long-term lifestyle changes. He has seen that with hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude, anyone can accomplish all their goals in fitness, and in life. |

Matt is a graduate of the University of Waterloo in Applied Health Studies who is currently enrolled in a Master's of Environmental Studies also at Waterloo. He first began working at lifetime fitness in April of 2008 with a hiatus in 2009 and 2010. His fitness background and interests largely revolve around the sporting world and he likes to incorporate athletic training into his client's routines.
