Kathy's StoryI am very pleased to have met my weight loss goal of 10 lbs after completing a two week program which involved monitoring my food intake, scheduling and dedicating time for training and cardio sessions and great encouragement and support from my fitness trainer. It has helped me move forward with a positive attitude about myself knowing that I can accomplish my goals to achieve better health.
I look forward to continuing my journey with Lifetime Fitness to help me keep on track to lose more weight and meet my ultimate goal. I know I can do it..... |
