Guelph's premier fitness training and healthy lifestyle studio

Lifetime Fitness is located on the northwest side of Guelph, Ontario. Our private fitness studio is easy to access from the Hanlon Parkway, Woodlawn road and Highway 6.

Our training space is a two level fitness studio – not an open gym or athletic club. The main focus of our studio and training staff is to ensure that each client gets the personal attention to their unique fitness needs to achieve their goals. Our open space is well equipped with an assortment of cardio and fitness equipment, gym machines, weights and more.
